Tuition ($1500) includes classes, cookbook, lunches, afternoon tastings, and all evening events.
For those who are unable to attend the entire week (the best way to go), per day or per session attendance is also an option. The morning session alone (instruction plus luncheon) is $200; the evening tasting session is $100, and the per diem price is $300.

A non-refundable deposit of $400 per week shall be made at the time of registration.
The balance will be due 3 months prior to your session.
$1200 per session, with a non-refundable deposit of $400 at the time of registration. Attendance by the day or by the half-day or evening is possible (see products page).
Travel and lodging shall be the responsibility of the student.
The SSCA, while doing everything in its power to protect your safety, shall not be held responsible for any mishaps which may occur at any time.
If fewer than 12 students register for any of the above sessions, the SSCA reserves the right to cancel up to one month prior to the session in question, with all monies, including deposits, returned to the registrant.
